Protect The Family Jewels!

Ever buy the most beautiful necklace, bracelet, ring or pair of earrings at Forever21, Charming Charles, Aldo or any little shop at the mall? I know I do all the time and especially this past weekend with all the great Black Friday sales! It becomes your favorite piece of jewelry and you seem to wear with every outfit. After the fourth or fifth time its dull, a little dark and some times a completely different color. 

I use to get so upset, but for some time now I've been using the L' Protect Liquid  from Charming Charles! It protects it all!
Its like a clear nail polish and I LOVE it! Now I don't wear anything until I get it a good coat on it.  Its even great if you have sensitive skin as there is not do direct contact to the metal. 

I usually try to do it as soon as I get home so I don't forget. I start by wiping down the piece of jewelry with a dry paper towel. I then just like I would paint my nails, give it a quick coat. It normally dries in less then 30 minutes. 


I know some ladies use the Krylon UV-Resistant Clear Coating too. I've used it a few time, but prefer  L' Protect Liquid  from Charming Charles. I feel its easier to use and there is a less of a chance that you will over coat or ruin anything. Try it and let me know what you think ladies!!!

Oh my love affair with flat… started around 2003. See somehow I stepped on a toothpick, yes I said a stupid toothpick! It was the summer before my junior year of high school and I had come home from my summer job. I took off my shoes and walked into the living room, where we had a thick shaggy rug. I had the great pleasure of assisting the talented Brandee Joyner and the ManikMag team as they made history with New York Fashion Week Plus (NYFW+) !
